Sandy Thomas, President/Chief Executive
Officer
As founder and CEO of Sport & Social
Clubs of the U.S., Thomas has parlayed a recreational, co-ed football league into
a national organization with affiliates in 21 cities and a participation base of
over 350,000 young adults. Thomas remains very involved in the day to day operations
of the company and has been instrumental in the recent implementation of strategic
developments such as the Sport & Social Club Travel department and the National
Above the Net volleyball tournament series.
Thomas has remained concentrated on linking
sponsors with athletic leagues and special events through grass-roots and lifestyle
marketing to active young professionals. In addition, Thomas has built her philanthropic
interests into SSCUS' own 501-C3 Take Action! not-for-profit which donates money
and volunteers to local and regional charities in all 21 cities.
Thomas has been honored by Crain's Chicago
Business and was one of the Top 100 Women in 1996 by Today's Chicago Woman. Thomas
received a Bachelors degree from Albion College, a Masters in Advertising from Northwestern
University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Marko Ungashick, Chief Operations
Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Ungashick
oversees a staff of operations managers in all matters as they relate to the day
to day operations of the 21 SSCUS cities. Ungashick's main focus is on the development
and motivation of the 70 city employees under the operations department that are
responsible for the majority of vertical and horizontal growth. Ungashick's other
responsibilities include internal standardization, expansion to new markets, management
of national tournaments, facility partnerships, and overall budgeting.
Throughout his seven year tenure, Ungashick
has been directly involved in the nationwide expansion of all current SSCUS cities.
In addition, Ungashick has been instrumental in accelerating the growth of the company
by forging several strategic alliances with major event organizers. Ungashick received
a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University.

Sally Wood, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Sally Wood
is responsible for financial management including: budgeting, reporting, controls
and overall strategies. Wood has been instrumental in bringing the financial capabilities
up to the standards of a middle market company. Previously, Wood developed her financial
expertise through KPMG Peat Marwick, FMC Industries and her financial consulting
experience with The Johnson Group. Wood is a CPA and received a Bachelors degree
in Accounting from Indiana University.

Brian Bird, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Brian Bird oversees
21 markets with an emphasis on the larger cities: Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas. Bird
has been instrumental in many projects including national tournament planning and
facilitation and securing long term facilities in Chicago, Atlanta and other key
markets throughout his five year tenure. Previously, Bird was Senior Manager, Operations
where he was responsible for managing the daily operations of local SSCUS markets.
Prior to Senior Manager, Bird was Director of the Chicago Sport and Social Club.
Bird received a Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing from Michigan State University.

Jean Roddey, Director of Marketing
& Special Events
Jean Roddey is responsible for a staff
of 10 managers in the marketing departments of special events, promotions, travel
and communications. In addition, Roddey will directly manage all planning and execution
of national special events, sponsorship facilitation and retention and oversee public
relations and national trips. Roddey will continue to play an integral role in influencing
league participation growth in 20 SSCUS cities nationwide.

David Schueler, Director of Client
Services
As Director of Client Services, Schueler
oversees the implementation of Sport & Social Club national sponsorship programs
for Jack Daniel's, diet Coke, Wilson and Powerbar. In addition, Schueler is directly
involved in the operations and planning of all local and national tournaments including
the Above the Net National Volleyball Tour and the SSCUS National Football and Beach
Volleyball Tournaments. Previously, Schueler worked in the Chicago Sport & Social
Club office before moving to operations where he managed five markets as a Director
of Operations. Schueler received a Bachelors degree in Communications with a minor
in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
