is a national firm providing recreational sports leagues and special events to young
professionals in 20 different US cities. Due to continued growth, we are looking
to hire full time staff members at several of our operations. Both entry level and
management positions are available. These positions are responsible for the operation
and promotion of sports leagues, parties, and special events. Duties include: customer
service, maintaining and promoting membership, processing individual and team rosters,
collecting fees, promoting national and local events, scheduling leagues, maintaining
communications with corporate office, procuring and maintaining sponsorship, building
facility relations, on-site league and event management, maintaining equipment inventory,
setting up and tearing down league and event sites. The ideal candidate will be high
energy, personable, extremely organized, enthusiastic about sports, and doesn't mind
getting their hands dirty. A college degree, familiarity with the city of interest,
and some experience organizing sports leagues or events is preferred. |
Internships - Sports Marketing/League Operations |

Sport & Social Clubs of the US
is a national sports marketing firm providing recreational sports leagues, parties,
and special events to young professionals in 20 U.S. markets. We are seeking qualified
candidates for our internship program at all of our locations. Our program is flexible
and can be adjusted to meet your schools program needs. We accept applications year
round and will consider candidates for full-time or part-time internships. Interns
will be exposed to the fundamentals of sports marketing and event management, including:
customer service, scheduling, collections, event operations, sponsorship facilitation,
and grass roots marketing. Internships are for credit, although small stipends may
be available depending on location and length of the internship.
Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable, serious about a future
career in sports marketing or event management, at least 21 years old, and available
to work a combination of day and evening hours. Positions are available at our clubs
in: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas,
Denver, Detroit, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles (Manhattan Beach), Minneapolis,
Orlando, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, and Washington, DC. |
